Anágo, to lead up to a higher place.
Paired with the English word Partners, people engaged together in the same activity, the name captures the heart of the work: walking alongside pastors and churches, together, toward greater health.

Stephen leads the church health work at Anágo, helping congregations assess where they are, work through what is difficult, and identify constructive next steps. His consulting practice grows out of, and is deeply connected to, this larger ministry.

Anágo's 15-month Leadership Cohorts address 24 of the most important topics pastors face. The program begins and ends with assessments, pairs monthly workshops with two 1-to-1 coaching sessions between each gathering, and cultivates a trusted brotherhood around each participant.
